Cardiovascular Exercise & Nutrition

Life Trends offers business owners the option to incorporate cardiovascular machines in their fitness centers. Cardiovascular exercise generally follows the 30 minute toning machine circuit. Some equipment options may include steps, treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals or trampolines. This session is typically more strenuous and designed to accelerate metabolism and burn calories. When the body is exercising aerobically, it operates at a pace that allows the cardio-respiratory system (lungs, heart, and bloodstream) to use oxygen and create energy. Although highly recommended in the Life Trends Program, the cardio portion is optional for your fitness center.

Life Trends believes in eating for fitness and health. The right balance of the proper food fuels your body, feeds your muscles, and makes your body more efficient. In fact, nutrition is as pivotal to attaining a fit toned body as exercise. The more lean muscle you have, the more fat you burn. The Life Trends program helps people establish a balanced and healthy approach to eating. Our program presents a sensible and realistic way of eating that is in line with and complements the new USDA Nutrition Guidelines.
