The Life Trends toning centers offer clients a friendly, upscale and relaxing atmosphere, which creates a unique support system with clients. The foyer welcomes clients with complimentary high-end coffee and tea positioned near comfortable chairs to socialize. Shortly past the front desk are the Powermetric circuit and cardio machines. Each Life Trends fitness center is equipped with a 9-station, strength-training circuit. Fitness centers often include locker rooms and restrooms in the back of the center. Life Trends fitness centers will provide you with an environment that is ideal for achieving your fitness goals, meeting new people and having fun. At Life Trends, you may lose inches and dress sizes, but always gain new friends.
Please feel free to use the following models as an optional guide for your own fitness centers. Our centers are primarily located in affordable retail strip centers. They are approximately 1,200 – 2,000 square feet. Owners have the option of incorporating one set (shown in A & B) or two sets (shown in C).
